Robert Larson St Helen

Portland, Oregon – Robert Larson St Helen was born on December 17, 1929, in Portland, Oregon. He passed away at 92 years old on November 30, 2022, in the home in which he had lived for over 50 years.

Bob was a loving, dedicated, and steadfast father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He adored his children and his grandchildren, and they adored him. He was a kind and gracious man always thankful for even the smallest things and lived his life with integrity, joy, and hard work.

Bob had many hobbies in life from coaching baseball and softball when his children were young where he was President of the Mt. Tabor Little League, to woodworking, gardening, bowling, dancing, and especially, playing golf.

At 71 years old, he took up downhill skiing and enjoyed that for several years as well.

He was also an active member of the Lion’s Club for much of his adult life.

Bob survived his only son who passed away in February 2022, and he now joins him on their new journey.

He is survived by his three daughters, Kirsten, Lisa, and Judy, his seven grandchildren, Jordan, Austin, Mitchell, Daniela, Nic, Emma, and Jaxon and a great-grandson, Dustin. He is also survived by his greatest love in life, his partner of more than 25 years, Millie, who brought him the truest joy and happiness during the years they spent together.
