Balswinsville, NY – Louis Patrick Lombardo, 90, of Baldwinsville, passed away Monday at Menorah Park.
Born in Syracuse, he started his career at the Ye Old Paradise, then the Hi Spot. He owned and operated Log Cabin Motel & Restaurant in Pulaski for many years, as well as other restaurants in the Baldwinsville area.
Louis also worked as a Prudential Agent. A veteran of the United States Army, Mr. Lombardo served his country proudly during the Korean War.
He was predeceased by his wife, Evelyn; parents, Frank and Angeline Lombardo; daughter, Angela Lombardo; and brother, Ernest Lombardo.
Louis is survived by his children, Debra (Eugene) Romeo, Louis F. Lombardo, Francine (Mark) Helinger, and Anthony Lombardo; sister, Lisa (James) Whittaker; nine grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, several nieces, and nephews.
A calling hour will be held on Monday, November 21st, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. at FARONE & SON Inc Funeral Home, 1500 Park Street, Syracuse. A funeral service to honor Louis’s life will follow at 12 p.m. Burial will follow in Assumption Cemetery.
