Kenny was a musician and cook.  As a cook he worked at 49 West Restaurant,  Loews Hotel in Annapolis and on the schooner, The Mystic Clipper in Mystic, Connecticut.  Kenny was one the founders of the punk band, “The Spastic Rats,” followed by the band, “The Hated.”  He was also the founder of the Vermin Scum Record label, the first label to document the Annapolis punk rock scene.  Some of the records released are still sought after collectors items.  “The Hated” continue to have a worldwide loyal cult audience more than 30 years after breaking up.

Kenny delighted in tending his garden, in rooting for his Ravens, and spending time with his friends, gaining the nickname, “chuckles” for his distinctive, raucous and frequent laughter.

A commemoration of his life will be shared by his friends at a later, safer date.
