— Gary “Goog” Langdon passed away on October 28th, 2018 due to extended illnesses. A loving husband of nearly 46 yrs.
Gary was born in Glens Falls on October 5, 1948, the son of the late Joseph F. and Marjorie L. (Marnie) Langdon. He was a 1967 graduate of Glens Falls High School.
His greatest enjoyments were hunting with his brothers and buddies up to their hunting camp and fishing, especially bass fishing, with Pat Mannix and Dave Coon.

Besides his parents, Gary was preceded in death by his eldest brother, Joe, and two nephews, Jason and Brian.
Gary is survived by his loving wife, Paula (Bonesteel) Langdon and his little fur daughter, Sadie. Also surviving is his twin sister, Susan Usher, of Glens Falls; his brothers, David (Dareen) of Charlotte, NC, John (Sue) of Queensbury and Jeff of South Glens Falls and Joe’s wife, Madalyn, of Glens Falls. Also surviving are his in-laws, Susan (Don) Havens of Washington state, Patty Bonesteel (Wayne, (deceased)) of Wisconsin, Hilde Bonesteel (Emerson (deceased)) of Kentucky and Rick Bergeron (Lori Bonesteel (deceased)) of Queensbury. Also surviving are his Uncle Fred (Jean) Gleason, Aunt Barbara (Bruce) DeGroff, Aunt Sally Gleason, special cousins and close friends, Allen and Corinne Rozelle in addition to many nieces and nephews and cousins. He will also be missed by his best friends, Patrick Lyford (who came home from NM to be by Gary’s side), Stephen Barson and many other great friends!

The Family thanks those in the Homeward Bound program at HHHN.
Per Gary’s request, there will be no calling hours and burial will be at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, donations in Gary’s name may be made to High Peaks Hospice, 454 Glen St., 1st Floor, Glens Falls, NY 12801 (who were a great help and support to us during this difficult time), or the Open Door Mission, P.O. Box 3306, Glens Falls, NY 12801.
